In today's culture social media is everything to us. Our lives our based on how many likes or favorites we have and the reassurance of comments from the people in or lives. We live on our screens. Most don't know the behind the scenes of social media and what goes into them like, synergies. One of the most famous companies in the world is Disney. When most think of Disney they think of the obvious, Walt Disney, Pixar, etc. One that most don't know know about is ESPN because there content is completely opposite.
Though most have no idea of the correlation of the two, neither are affected by that. The growth of the business are still booming and part of the biggest social medias. ESPN bring in 115 million viewers a month, making it one of the biggest sports stations in the world. It is known that when the commercials come on that is when people will do to the bathroom, get food, or switch to a new show. If you do watch the commercials you can see that a majority of them are Disney advertising their movies, cruises, and theme parks. Both show advertisements of the other company supporting and trying to grow business. Though most do not realize this it's not hurting either of the companies. Both are still growing and part of the most successful companies in the world without their synergy being pushed in their viewers faces.
